I know that most people don't usually say anything about a company until they are unhappy. I work with the public and think that more people should tell companies when they do a great job. I think ordering from your company has been one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had with a store. Your customer service went above and beyond to help me out. It only took 3 weeks for my bespoke engagement ring to arrive and Paul delivered it to me himself at 7pm at night to my home.They were very kind, professional, and helpful and made the whole thing really easy and for that I want to thank you for obviously putting customer service first. It is rare these days to have such an emphasis on the customer. I will continue to buy from Thompson Harvey and will also tell everyone I know that they should, too!
